We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to join our team at Altitudecrew. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our client base through strategic business development and relationship-building.

About the Position

This role requires a proven track record of success in face-to-face sales and relationship management. You will be responsible for building and managing a diverse portfolio of clients, training and mentoring new team members, and mastering the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with key decision-makers to develop and sustain a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Utilize business-to-business cold calling as a core strategy to connect with small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Provide personalized coaching and guidance to new sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license).
