Packhouse Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Packhouse Manager to join our team at Dante Personnel Mpumalanga. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in packhouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the day-to-day activities of the packhouse, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
  • To maintain high standards of quality control, adhering to industry regulations and guidelines.
  • To manage and develop a team of packhouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar packhouse management role.
  • Proven knowledge of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting in a packhouse setting.
  • Familiarity with packhouse technology, including packing equipment and software systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
