About the Role:
The Merand Corbett & Associates team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Executive Assistant Director to join our executive team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to leverage their expertise, strategic vision, and leadership capabilities to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Directly support the CEO with program management on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of key initiatives.
- Organize and synthesize information from various departments, presenting actionable insights to executive members to inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage the CEO's communication by prioritizing key messages and controlling meeting schedules to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Strategically plan the CEO's time by coordinating travel, evaluating opportunities, and ensuring alignment with priorities to optimize business outcomes.
- Prepare for meetings by reviewing agendas, distributing relevant documents, and providing follow-ups as needed to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Draft and edit reports, speeches, and presentations for the CEO to convey key messages and strategies to stakeholders.
- Act as a gatekeeper, monitoring the flow of information and facilitating the CEO's involvement at critical moments to drive business momentum.
- Represent the CEO when required, upholding the company's values and reputation in all interactions.

Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in a similar role within the financial sector, preferably with listed entities.
- 3+ years in management consulting, financial analysis, or strategic finance operations.
- 3+ years engaging with executive leadership and board members.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with large, cross-functional, organization-wide projects.
- Excellent communication, business writing, and report-writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and the MS Office Suite to analyze data, create dashboards, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ability to build relationships, negotiate, and resolve conflicts to drive business outcomes and maintain a positive work environment.
- Resilience, agility, and aptitude for technology to navigate complex business environments and stay ahead of industry trends.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
