About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Team Lead to join our team at ERM. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and overseeing the planning, coordination, and supervision of engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Build and manage diverse teams of engineers from different disciplines, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Determine training needs and develop talent development programs to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Create policies, standards, and procedures for the engineering department, promoting best practices and compliance.
  • Hire, recruit, and train top engineering talent, selecting individuals with the right skills and expertise.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of engineering team competence, recognizing individual strengths and areas for growth.
  • Establish evaluation criteria to measure progress and effectiveness, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience managing or working in engineering teams, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Above-average analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
  • Great attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
