We are seeking a highly skilled Greek speaking customer service professional to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment. As a key member of our client's multilingual contact centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to international passengers.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will work on various work streams for a prestigious airline brand, assisting passengers with pre and post-flight travel-related queries in Greek and English languages. You will also work on airline reservations systems, handle voice calls in English and Greek, and engage in written correspondence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to international passengers, addressing their queries and concerns in Greek and English.
- Work on multiple work streams for a renowned airline brand, ensuring seamless communication and support.
- Manage airline reservations systems, handling voice calls and responding to written correspondence in English and Greek.
To succeed in this role, you must possess native-level fluency in Greek, both verbally and written. You should also be located in South Africa, hold a permanent residence permit or South African ID, and be flexible to work shifts. Additionally, you will need to have fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line at your own cost, as well as an UPS solution required during load shedding.
