Front Desk Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Nefcorp is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Front Desk Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to all visitors and clients in a positive and friendly manner
- Meet client expectations by respectfully requesting them to be patient whilst redirecting a telephone call appropriately and attend to them immediately thereafter
- Treat all clients with courtesy and calmly deal with conflict management
- Ensure that staff members are timeously informed when their clients and guests have arrived
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric essential
- Secretarial Certificate/Diploma required
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration advantageous
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a receptionist in a financial services environment
