  • Managing site maintenance vendors and processes for Tower and power maintenance.
  • Developing strategies to mitigate potential risks or issues identified in contracts.
  • Designing and reviewing maintenance routines and procedures to achieve desired effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Monitoring and reporting on Service Level Agreement KPIs to ensure value for money.
  • Communicating contract details and requirements to internal stakeholders as necessary.

In Addition, You Will Be Required To:

  • Coordinate with maintenance contractors at regional and central levels as needed.
  • Verify and reconcile contractor invoices for payments.
  • Review installed infrastructure and produce swap out plans and budgets for equipment replacement.
  • Maintain accurate records for entire infrastructure.

You Will Provide Leadership And Support To Teams Within A Specific Region.

Requirements For This Role Include:

  • Proven experience in contract management or related field.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contract management.
  • Familiarity with contract management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • More than 5 years' experience in an operational environment.

A Relevant Electrical and/or Mechanical and/or Facilities or IT Qualification Is Essential.

The Following Are The Key Performance Indicators For This Role:

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT (Primary)

  • Evaluating customer performance based on individual SLA.
  • Evaluating vendor/contractor performance based on SLA.
  • Monitoring and managing MAST's compliance with all customer signed SLAs.
  • Monitoring and managing vendor's/contractor's compliance with each SLA with MAST.
  • Ensuring technical support systems and platforms are in place and functional to monitor site asset performance.
  • Providing strategic information for decision making to MAST and its customers and vendors/contractors.

INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (Primary)

  • Distributing high-level feedback to MAST management regarding network SLA breaches, non-compliance, etc.
  • Distributing high-level feedback to MAST customers including non-compliance and network performance.
  • Distributing high-level feedback to all MAST's vendors/contractors for rapid intervention on non-compliance, missed KPIs, and poor network performances.

Gathering, analyzing, calculating, and reconciling all necessary information for network reporting is vital.
