Customer Engagement Specialist

Neshinna Promotions is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services within retail stores, engaging with customers, and driving sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include actively engaging with customers in the store to promote products and services, providing detailed information about product features, benefits, and usage, conducting product demonstrations to highlight the value and effectiveness of products, distributing promotional materials and samples to customers, assisting customers with inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized promotional area.
Requirements
We require a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in sales, retail, or promotions is preferred, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, energetic, outgoing, and approachable personality, and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
