As a Customer Engagement Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, selling health products, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with customers, and possess a passion for helping others. Fluency in German is essential, with a B2-C1 level of proficiency required.

The working hours are Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per week based on a shift schedule. You can choose your work shifts, with options available between 10:00 AM – 05:00 PM or 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM (South African Republic Time Zone).

We offer a comprehensive training program, paid at €30 per day, subject to successful completion of training and test results. Our company provides a supportive work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive salary package.
