Customer Engagement Specialist

Task and Responsibilities:
  1. To achieve territory sales, growth, and market share targets for assigned brands
  2. Ensure early understanding, acceptance, and adoption of the designated brands by engaging with and influencing all relevant stakeholders
  3. Arrange scientific meetings as well as presenting to HCPs groups
  4. Self-development with the latest clinical data, brand strategy and tactics, competitive landscape, and standard tools
  5. Plan, orchestrate and execute customer omnichannel engagements in defined territories tailoring information based on HCP's needs and priorities and via HCP's preferred channels to build long term trustful relationships by applying patient focused global standards (PFI)
  6. Pro-actively monitor, collect market intelligence to keep Women's Health Customer Team informed about relevant competitor activities and provide input to the Women's Health Customer Team in formulating counter strategies
  7. Pro-actively collect and communicate customer insights to Women's Health Customer Team. Provide input to Women's Health Customer Teams with respect to co-creating solutions for customer's needs
  8. Continuously enrich the customer understanding by capturing qualitative information in the Veeva CRM system, taking advantage of the technology and valuable data and insights
  9. Utilize the advantages of digital solutions to ensure holistic customer experience and satisfaction through data driven decisions
  10. Leverage cross-functional collaboration to maximize customer experience
  11. Contribute to designing and implementing tailored action plans for priority customers in close collaboration with other involved functions (e.g. Brand and Customer Lead, MACS, MSL etc.)
  12. Track performance through customer and business related KPIs
  13. Provide input and communicate customer feedback to Women's Health Team for promotional campaigns
  14. Reports on customer engagement activity and updates qualitative customer related information daily in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Veeva system
  15. Follows Local compliance code, local laws and policies
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
  1. University degree or comparable education in medicine, pharmaceuticals or similar
  2. Experience in Ethical Pharmaceutical sales
  3. Innovative with a growth mindset
  4. Strong Customer/Patient focus
  5. Strong digital mindset, capabilities, and confidence towards omnichannel usage
  6. Strong business acumen and the ability to think economically and action speedily
