Dymaxa Recruitment seeks a highly skilled Corporate Meeting Secretary to join our team. This is a fixed-term contract position that will be responsible for providing minute-taking services, maintaining meeting schedules and decision registers, and assisting with the preparation of meeting documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely minute-taking services for all committee meetings
  • Maintain meeting schedules and decision registers
  • Assist with the preparation of meeting documents
  • Ensure confidentiality of all documentation
  • Perform backup functions as directed by the CEO

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric qualification
  • 2-4 years of related experience in an office environment
  • Experience and/or secretarial diploma in minute taking
  • Own transport and ability to attend physical meetings in Johannesburg and occasionally in Pretoria
  • Excellent typing skills with speed and accuracy
  • Excellent minute-taking skills
  • Ability to enter data accurately and check and correct errors
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
  • Proficiency in handling office equipment and Microsoft Applications

Salary: R139,000 per annum (approximately R11,583 per month)
