- Recording and managing projects and workstreams, keeping minutes and action items

- Liaising with various departments internally to implement projects
- Managing actions from all board meetings and committee meetings
- Manage the CEO salary approvals process
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.

- Assist in the planning and execution of the bravery awards.

**Minimum qualifications and experience**:
- Degree / Currently studying towards a degree
- A minimum of 5 years administrative experience
- A minimum of 5 years experience within security sector
- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
