Chemical Process Engineer Leader

This role requires experience in managing a team and executing the Product Development Process, as well as knowledge of WCM, ISO, and SHEQ practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.

Role Purpose

The primary goal of this role is to provide leadership and develop/deploy Policy Deployment actions across the site, achieving optimal team and production performance.

The Senior Process Engineer will understand the strategic objectives for the plant through the Policy Deployment process and translate them into a clear Department action plan.

This role is accountable for delivering the action plan within a short-medium term timeline.

In addition, the Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for developing the Department team, promoting a safe environment where people can grow professionally.
