Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, analysing trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement SWP policy, governance, and frameworks that align with organisational goals.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of SWP-related policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of SWP processes and procedures.
  • Design and implement metrics to measure SWP success and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
