Boardroom Appointments is seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sales forecasts, growing our market share, and developing sustainable relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure a dominant market share in your territory.
  • Grow our sales faster than competitors and gain market share.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital administrators.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet national sales and marketing objectives.
  • Conduct quarterly sales presentations and maintain accurate records of sales activity.
  • Manage consignment stock and ensure optimal product knowledge to advise customers effectively.
  • Maintain company assets and equipment in good working order.
  • Contribute to the sales and business planning process and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve selling and planning skills.
Requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12) and a relevant B degree.
  • At least 3-5 years of previous sales experience with a medical background and achievement of sales targets.
  • Working knowledge of the private/government sector for medical devices and theatre protocol.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
