Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in coordinating daily operations, including addressing store support inquiries, tracking orders, and ensuring timely product deliveries
• Monitor performance metrics, including delivery accuracy, timing, and customer satisfaction levels, and communicate findings to the Final Mile Manager
• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders and the fulfillment team, providing troubleshooting support for any issues that may arise during deliveries
• Collaborate with the Final Mile Manager to implement process improvements designed to enhance delivery speed, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards

Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Analytical mindset, with experience in data collection and reporting preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities for effective collaboration across teams and support of operational continuity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with logistics software an advantage
• Completed Grade 12/Matric
• Willingness to work extended hours to complete tasks
• Ability to work independently

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $55,000 per annum, reflecting your hard work and dedication to delivering exceptional results.
