Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full credit control function for the AVI Group, ensuring timely payments from debtors and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the credit control process, including account management, payments, and reconciliations
- Communicate with business units and customers to resolve queries and build relationships
- Facilitate new accounts and master file maintenance
- Assist with query resolutions on claims and insurance management
- Report to Team Leader/Credit Manager on monthly debtors performance and queries
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Credit Controller
- Previous working experience within the FMCG industry
- SAP ERP exposure
- Matric/Grade 12 essential, financial qualification advantageous
- Excel at an advanced level
- Power BI
- Credit Insurance
- Credit Vetting
