We are seeking an experienced Claims Specialist to join our team at Dante Personnel in Midrand. In this role, you will be responsible for handling Road Accident Fund (RAF) claims, including legal procedures, documentation, and litigation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of RAF claims, including compensation for medical expenses. You will also need to be able to hit the ground running and start in January or February 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle RAF claims from initiation to finalisation
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine claim entitlement
  • Prepare and present complex legal arguments in court
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim processing
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track claim progress
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 4-10 years of experience in handling RAF claims
  • A proven track record of success in legal procedures, documentation, and litigation
  • An in-depth understanding of RAF claims, including compensation for medical expenses
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
