Senior Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Business Development Specialist at BOSS Consult, you will promote and sell the Company's platform and services to potential customers in the territory, utilizing the company's sales guidelines. Your primary focus will be on generating and following up on leads, conducting sales presentations and demonstrations, and closing sales deals with customers.
Account Management:
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention, providing feedback and support to customers as needed. Regularly report sales activities, results, and forecasts to the Company using the Company's CRM system.
Compliance and Market Intelligence:
Ensure compliance with the Company's policies and procedures, adhering to the Company's code of ethics and standards of conduct. Stay informed about market trends, opportunities, threats, or competitive activities in the territory, keeping the Company updated accordingly.
