We're seeking a seasoned Sales Development Representative to drive business growth and develop profitable sales in the Mining sector. You will be responsible for developing fruitful working relationships with partners, contractors, system integrators, and end-users, actively managing and developing the growth of key products within the sales territory. To ensure successful product introduction, you will target the appropriate customer groups and provide exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities will also include demonstrating, servicing, training, and testing Hilti products; obtaining information on competition, market price levels, new launches, seminars, and reporting in monthly reviews. You must have a thorough understanding of the market, its players, and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve defined targets for the assigned territory or market segment.
- Build strong relationships with customers, including partners, contractors, and end-users.
- Manage and develop the growth of key products within the sales territory.
- Demonstrate, service, train, and test Hilti products as needed.
- Collect and report market intelligence, competitor analysis, and other relevant data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Relevant sales/direct technical sales experience in the Mining or Construction/Heavy Duty Industry is essential.
- Proficiency in SFDC or SAP CRM.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- A proven track record of consistently meeting performance targets.
