About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of Vice-President (VP) Of Operations – Power (Pow). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations and optimizing production systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to plant teams to ensure efficient and safe operation
  • Establish and enforce safety protocols, operating procedures, and environmental regulations
  • Implement proactive maintenance programs to maximize plant uptime and equipment reliability
  • Develop and manage operational budgets, including cost control and expenditure forecasting
  • Prepare regular reports detailing plants' performance, safety, and compliance metrics

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • BSc in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Management (preferable)
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in power plant management and operations
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants
