Administrative Portfolio Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Portfolio Coordinator to join our team at Cochrane Global.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for administering, supporting, and coordinating activities related to serving our company's internal process. This is a key role in our organization, working closely with Portfolio Managers and departmental managers.
This position requires an individual who excels in a team environment and provides superior service to our internal stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of accounts
- Coordinate and schedule account reviews
- Generate quarterly performance reports and statements
- Perform duties as assigned by the Management team
- Facilitate the setup of accounts
- Provide general office support
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years business experience, preferably in the Engineering Manufacturing services industry
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Superb communication skills, both written and oral, in English and Afrikaans
- Proficient with computers and software packages, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, hardworking environment while enjoying people-oriented tasks and valuing family and friendships

Compensation Package:
The salary range for this position is between $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
