Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement changes in corporate laws / regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate statutory compliance
  • Develop and advise on key governance policies

Requirements:

  • LLB or Law with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience
  • Admission as an Attorney and / or CSSA / CIS qualification will be an advantage
  • Company secretarial experience in a listed company environment
