As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a focus on project delivery excellence, you will be a key member of our executive team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of our organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving our strategic initiatives forward while ensuring efficient and effective project execution.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Collaborate with the CEO and other members of the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- **Operational Oversight**: Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with organizational objectives.
- **Project Management Excellence**: Lead and mentor project management teams, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- **Process Optimization**: Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement measures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across the organization.
- **Risk Management**: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and ensure business continuity.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Foster collaboration and communication among departments to facilitate effective decision-making and problem-solving.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor organizational performance and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- **Budget Management**: Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Affairs**: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, mitigating legal and regulatory risks.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or similar executive leadership role.
- Exceptionally strong project delivery experience and skills, with a successful track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of relevant industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

**Salary**: From R80 000,00 per month

**Education**:
