We are seeking a highly skilled Document Specialist I to join our Quality Assurance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an understanding of the certification compilation and research process, including methods for obtaining required information.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining an understanding of specific requirements for each submission type, supplier, and jurisdiction(s).
  2. Troubleshooting various issues by utilizing manufacturer documentation and researching previous submissions, as necessary.
  3. Utilizing a file tracking system (Protrack) and other systems to process Quality Assurance (QA) issue reports.
  4. Generating draft certifications using the correct report template/short form and/or eResults.
  5. Finalizing certifications by making changes, merging, printing, stapling, and sorting.
  6. Providing status updates on assignments for Departmental reports.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  1. National Senior Certificate/Gr 12.
  2. Business School or Legal Assistant Certification is a plus.
  3. Certification, formal training, education or demonstrated competency may be evaluated and considered in lieu of the educational requirements.
  4. Must be fluent in Latin American Spanish. (read, write, speak, understand and communicate)
  5. Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
  6. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or legal field is required.
  7. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is required.
  8. Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
