- Oversee the maintenance of Biometric experience - loading of new employees using ERS systems.
- Verify the accuracy of payroll data and ensure timely payment of salaries.
- Prepare starter packs and induction programs for new employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement process enhancements.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:- Diploma or Degree in Administration or related field.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
