  • Assist the HR Manager in managing administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Oversee the maintenance of Biometric experience - loading of new employees using ERS systems.
  • Verify the accuracy of payroll data and ensure timely payment of salaries.
  • Prepare starter packs and induction programs for new employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement process enhancements.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Administration or related field.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
