About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced administrative professional to join our team at Tower Group. As a key member of the Finance and Administration Division, you will play a critical role in supporting the various services provided by the division, while maintaining confidentiality and effectiveness in all finance tasks.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Providing secretarial functions such as screening telephone calls, arranging catering, typing correspondence, and diary management.
- Performing administrative tasks like general procurement, cellphone administration, and office supplies for the Finance team.
- Typing minutes, agendas, annual financial statements, and other financial reports and documents.
