Growth Segment Portfolio Specialist

**Role Summary**
We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Client Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients, identifying opportunities for business growth, and delivering tailored solutions to support client objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship banking, commercial banking, and entrepreneurship, with a proven track record of driving business success and creating meaningful value for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-value client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and development, driving revenue increases and improving customer satisfaction.
- Deliver tailored solutions to support client objectives, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field (FAIS Related).
- A minimum of 5-6 years' experience as a Business Banker or Portfolio Manager, preferably in an entrepreneur environment.
- Previous experience in Account Analysis or Relationship Management roles, servicing business customers and preparing credit applications.
- Strong knowledge of Relationship Banking, Business & Commercial Banking, and relevant industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to direct people, embrace change, empower individuals, explore possibilities, and follow procedures.
- Technical competencies in Account Opening & Maintenance, Application & Submission Verification, Customer Understanding, Product Knowledge, and Risk Identification.
