At Bonafide Human Capital (Pty) Ltd, we have an exciting opportunity for a skilled F&I Director to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing support to the dealership network by delivering exceptional customer service and maximising gross profit.

Job Description

This position involves delivering on agreed performance targets, executing work in line with governance and compliance processes, and ensuring that the dealership remains compliant with legislation requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, and dealership policies and procedures. A strong understanding of customer service and sale management is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver on agreed performance targets to ensure maximum gross profit.
  2. Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes to maintain dealership compliance.
  3. Conduct financial needs analyses and provide associated sales of value-added finance and insurance products.
  4. Manage and maintain the finance and insurance debtor's book and effectively manage applicable administration processes.
  5. Provide specialised need analysis and financial and insurance advice and support to clients.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role with a customer services focus within the Automotive Retail Industry or Banking environment.
  • Grade 12/Matric and a relevant diploma. Credit Management Diploma is advantageous.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, and dealership policies and procedures.
