Duties and Responsibilities

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for supervising logistics operations, including ensuring adherence to the Company's rules and regulations, maintaining housekeeping in their work area, and adhering to safe work practices.

The incumbent will also be responsible for processing purchase orders, receiving goods ordered, and issuing them to requestors, as well as obtaining final approval from Operational Managers.

Additional duties include liaising with suppliers and PPE providers, processing time and attendance for payroll purposes, and approving overtime requests.

  1. Capture credit card transactions and forward them to financial staff.
  2. Book pool vehicles.

This position requires strong leadership and organisational skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
