About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Financial Consultant to join our team at Decision Inc. As a key member of our projects team, you will provide functional and technical consulting services, deliver successful implementation and support for Microsoft Dynamics software projects, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales support by working closely with the sales team to assist prospective companies in their Microsoft technology assessment, presenting tailored demonstrations of the technology solution, and developing statement of work and scope documents.
  • Perform on-site consulting services for implementation projects, including implementing Microsoft software, leading and participating in requirement analysis workshops, understanding and communicating business processes and requirements, and creating and developing design specifications.
  • Provide ongoing support services to existing clients, including via email/phone/remote support and on-site visits, proactive participation in strategic way forward discussions/meetings with clients, and fulfilling SLA requirements.
  • Assist in upgrades, including providing customers with information regarding upgrades, assisting in preparation of costing and timelines, and performing upgrade consulting services in accordance with upgrade principles and approved methodologies.
  • Perform admin functions, including documenting services rendered using Decision Inc. time and expense billing system and other project management templates, meeting productivity and efficiency standards, and developing and refining Microsoft implementation standards, tools, and documents.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree
  • Minimum 5 years consulting experience and 3 years product experience (Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations)
  • Must have participated in at least 3 go-live data conversions, and/or upgrades, and/or full cycle implementations
  • Experience within consulting service environment
  • Knowledge of and experience in one of our service offerings, such as Business Intelligence, Enterprise Performance Management, Business Productivity Solutions, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills, both written and verbal
