About the RoleAs a Supply Chain Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients on the effective use of Microsoft Dynamics software to drive business growth and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Providing sales support to clients, including conducting technology assessments and presenting tailored demonstrations of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- Leading and participating in requirement analysis workshops, understanding and documenting business processes and requirements.
- Designing and implementing customisations, conducting prototype testing, and providing end-user training and support.
- Performing ongoing support services to existing clients, including proactive participation in strategic discussions and meetings.
- Assisting in the preparation of costing and timelines for upgrades and other services.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A minimum of 5 years consulting experience and 3 years Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations experience.
- Participation in at least 3 go-live data conversions, upgrades, or full-cycle implementations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to business people.
- Effective planning and organisational skills, with a passion for delivering on the company's strategic plan.
- Relational thinking and the ability to work under pressure as part of a highly motivated team.
