  • Clear credit and criminal records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong cold calling and cross-selling skills
  • Ability to handle conflict and build rapport with clients
  • Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • In-depth knowledge of short-term insurance principles and practices
  • Outbound sales experience and a proven sales track record
