We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Chester Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Marketing team.

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to support the company's objectives in terms of sales growth, customer satisfaction, and brand awareness.
  • Design and propose an annual marketing plan, including costs and timelines agreed with each business head and signed off by the CEO.
  • Manage company internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy and plan, execute all brand communications and media actions online and on social media platforms.
  • Accountable for brand management and brand awareness, including design of branding for Chester property, apparel, trucks, vehicles, carrier bags, and packaging.
  • Conduct competitor and customer insights analysis, make recommendations based on consumer insights.
  • Initiate marketing initiatives and campaigns supported by research of the latest marketing trends and showing a clear link to the Group's target market.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team and relevant internal stakeholders to identify and recommend marketing initiatives to drive sales, new business opportunities, and expand the customer footprint.
  • Communicate with Senior management and the Executive on marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as brainstorm fresh strategies.
  • Responsible for all advertising across the Chester Group, providing suggestions for new advertising mediums.
  • Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, manage the marketing, ensuring that all marketing is in line with the brand identity.
  • Upgrade and maintain the company website and promotions on the website.
  • Manage the creation of in-store marketing displays, digital, and social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate customer competitions, manage the customer database.
