Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting:
  • As the link between Finance and the Marketing Department, you will oversee budget/spend reconciliation, working closely with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Invoicing:
  • You will source and vet quotes, receive invoices, and track all information related to orders and invoicing processes.
  • Streamline departmental processes and ensure compliance-related requirements are met.

Department Administration:

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks as instructed by management.
  • Update and maintain the Marketing Departments' documentation and database.
  • Facilitate communication with other business units when requested.
  • Support the marketing department by carrying out daily tasks to keep the department functioning.

Executive Assistance:

  • Act as the point of contact between the Marketing Executive and internal/external clients.
  • Undertake tasks such as receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence.
  • Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders.
