Responsibilities:

  1. Manage staff in accordance with organization's policies and applicable regulations.
  2. Create and implement traditional and non-traditional pricing/delivery alternatives, tactics, and methodologies to meet customer needs.
  3. Develop, implement, and maintain pricing tools.
  4. Fully support the management team to ensure all team goals and objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or other directly related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Management, Contracts Management, Finance, and/or CRO industry, with up to 5 years direct pricing experience.
  • Experience and ability to design and implement pricing, delivery, and budgeting strategies to drive growth for a large global organization.
