**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years proven Team Leader experience in contact centre operations management or related roles. A tertiary qualification in a related field is advantageous, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a talented team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day team activities, ensuring service excellence in accordance with client specifications and turnaround times.
