Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Delivery Manager with strong technical capabilities who has 13+ years of IT experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of IT services to our clients, managing service performance, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery Management:
- Oversee the delivery of IT services to clients, ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with agreed-upon standards.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues promptly.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical guidance and support to the service delivery team.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet client requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Experience in Agile and DevOps, proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and a solid understanding of AI technologies.
- Experience in managing service delivery in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment is a must.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for service-related matters.
- Conduct regular service reviews with clients to discuss performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of service delivery professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support professional development.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL certification or equivalent.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Familiarity with cloud services and DevOps best practices.
