The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, leadership, and strategic planning. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including governments, lenders, investors, and exporters.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a similar organization or industry. A post-graduate university degree in a commercial or technical discipline is also required. Banking experience, development finance experience, and knowledge of export credit agencies (ECAs) are added advantages.
