About the Role

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record in creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be fluent in English and Afrikaans, both written and spoken, and hold a relevant marketing qualification, such as a diploma or degree in Marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain and update social media platforms to ensure current, engaging, and aligned content
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement marketing strategies
  • Conduct market research to inform marketing decisions and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and online content
  • Submit monthly marketing activity reports and provide feedback on campaign performance
Requirements
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English (written and spoken)
  • Relevant marketing qualification: diploma or degree in Marketing or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or real estate sectors
  • Computer literate, proficient in MS Office suite, and experienced with digital marketing tools
  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and organizational abilities
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is R450,000 per annum, based on the company's budget and the location of the role. This figure may vary depending on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and other factors.
