Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize costs and labor by reviewing staffing schedules and inventory management.
  • Conduct store visits to assess operations, cleanliness, and overall efficiency.
  • Execute Area Management Checklists during store visits and address any identified issues.
  • Perform supervised inventory counts and ensure adherence to stock management procedures.
  • Consistently reinforce operational disciplines, procedures, and communication across all stores to enhance sales, profit, and revenue.
  • Implement effective stock management processes to prevent financial losses.
  • Ensure compliance with banking procedures to safeguard company finances.
