As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance in the region and identifying areas of significant business risk across Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide independent and objective regional and country-level assessments, reviews, and management of all risk categories
* Oversee and coordinate audits across the region
* Ensure complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk Committees
* Develop, implement, and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practices
* Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks
* Utilize Data Analytics to enhance Internal Audit observations

Requirements:

* Minimum 5-10 years of Internal Audit & Risk experience
* Audit, Accounting, or a similar qualification
* Strong Excel skills are non-negotiable
* Personal attributes required include strong interpersonal, communication, and customer orientation coaching skills, numeracy, and strong computer literacy
* Business acumen and professionalism are strong requirements for this position
