Business Development Manager

As a dynamic Corporate Sales Representative with Status Staffing, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the IT industry. With a strong background in external sales environments, you will analyze the active customer base to identify potential target areas.
Maintain strong relationships with customers through daily interactions and provide exceptional communication and people skills. Set up appointments and update internal systems to ensure seamless operations. Identify opportunities to up-sell and close deals, providing monthly reports on sales performance to the management team.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in an external sales environment, with proven sales achievements and references. Experience in the IT Industry is preferred, but not required. This role requires a customer-centric, self-motivated, and target-driven individual who can adapt to new technologies, products, and procedures.
This position involves:
