What We're Looking For
- Proven closers with 7+ years of sales experience in B2B high-volume or consultative sales environments.
- A track record of consistently hitting/exceeding targets in past roles.
- High-energy communicators with confidence, urgency, and clarity in every conversation.
- Relentless follow-up skills to chase deals, follow through, and close.
- Consultative selling ability to ask questions, uncover pain points, and position Somewhere as the only solution.
- The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- CRM mastery with HubSpot experience preferred but process-driven organization is essential.
- 60 WPM typing speed to keep up with fast-paced conversations.
