- Leads and coordinates global clinical operations, including site qualification, site initiation, and site management activities.
- Develops and implements quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of trial data.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless trial execution.
- Provides guidance and support to site staff as needed to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
