  1. Centre Operations: Oversee all aspects of the centre's operations, including budget management, resource allocation, and cost control.
  2. Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan to expand the client base, enhance market presence, and achieve growth targets.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to enhance the centre's reputation and expand its offerings.
  4. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and support to the team, ensuring achievement of targets and required outputs in line with the centre's vision and mission.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement within the centre, collaborating with facilitators and team members to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
  1. A trade qualification such as Welding, Electrical, Millwright, or equivalent.
  2. A business-related qualification will be an advantage.
  3. A proven track record with a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing a Technical Training Centre.
  4. Registration with the relevant SETAs.
  5. Comprehensive industry knowledge with in-depth understanding of the Sector Education and Training Authority (SETAs), National Artisan Moderation Body (NAMB), and Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO).
  6. A proven track record in achieving sales targets and profitably managing a Training Centre.
  7. Ability to manage complex, multi-workstream opportunities.
