Job Title: Curriculum Management Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Management Director to join our team at 2U. As a key member of our Learning team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of curricula and learning products across our university and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curricular plans and investment strategies for assigned programs and products.
  • Collaborate with external academic leadership and Learning teams to ensure high-quality curriculum and product development.
  • Manage budgets and financial data to ensure adherence to target investment and identify potential risks.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Learning teams and Program Leadership Team, to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external academic leadership and Learning teams to drive successful partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or related coursework a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in client-facing account management in the education field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the UK Higher Education sector and experience developing or leading online learning initiatives.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with ability to drive performance and accountability without positional authority.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and ability to learn new technologies and systems.
