About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional to lead the management of our data centre infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our data centre facilities, including power distribution systems, air conditioning and ventilation systems, fire protection facilities, and building automation systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies for the maintenance and optimization of data centre infrastructure operations;
- Manage and coordinate the work of personnel responsible for facilities and equipment maintenance, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard;
- Conduct regular safety assessments and reviews of transformation plans to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards;
- Review and revise operational instructions and plans for various power facilities, including computer room power distribution systems, air conditioning and ventilation systems, fire protection facilities, and building automation systems;
- Develop and review emergency response plans for data centre operations, including regular drills to ensure staff readiness and preparedness;
- Lead and manage the data centre infrastructure operations team, providing training and assessment to ensure that team members meet job competency requirements;
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, HVAC, or automation, with a TISS operation and maintenance project manager certificate;
- At least 5 years of experience in data centre infrastructure construction or operation and maintenance management, preferably managing a 7*24-hour operation and maintenance team of over 30 people;
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of data centre infrastructure, including power systems, HVAC systems, decoration, fire protection, security, and other related systems;
- Strong management experience and excellent communication and coordination skills;
- Ability to adapt to frequent short-term business trips;
- Proficient in ISO/IEC20000-1 service management system;
- Good written and oral expression, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills, with strong execution ability;
