Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading agency in the industry, creating innovative solutions for industrial control panels. As an Electrical Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings using E-Plan8 software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing detailed electrical schematics and compiling wiring diagrams for MCC panels
  • Creating layout drawings for industrial control panels using E-Plan8 software
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies
  • Contributing to building and maintaining a continuous improvement environment and ongoing functional activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience using E-Plan software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in designing low-voltage industrial control panels
  • Sound knowledge of electrical switchgear, PLCs, and VSDs
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • A valid Unendorsed South African driver's license and reliable transportation
