Secretarial and Administrative Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Secretarial and Administrative Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Branch Administration unit, you will provide high-level administrative support to our Branch Office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide secretarial services to the Branch Office, including preparing and editing documents, emails, and presentations.
- Support the Branch Office in various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services, ensuring that all purchases are made in accordance with SEDA's policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A matric certificate (NQF level 4) and a certificate in Administration (NQF Level 5).
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in a similar environment, preferably in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of secretarial, administrative duties and responsibilities, including office management and communication skills.
This is a fixed-term contract position for 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, commensurate with their qualifications and experience.
